I purchased a refurbished Belmont dental chair. Michelle at Sunrise Dental Equipment couldn’t have been more helpful. She had such great communication, was extremely knowledgeable, and just extremely nice to speak too. I received the chair and it was in perfect condition and it looked like new with wonderful craftsmanship in the reupholstery. I had a technical question after I received the chair and a technician, Tim, who’s been in the industry for over 35 years, immediately called me and answered my question better than Belmont, the company did. I was recommended to Sunrise Dental Equipment from a colleague who purchased many refurbished chairs from the company and has been very happy. Sunrise Dental Equipment has been an absolute pleasure working with. I was hesitant at first to purchase refurbished equipment, so I contacted other doctors who had purchased through them before. The other doctors had nothing but great things to say. I went ahead and purchased 3 dental chairs. The process was seamless and very easy. Due to no fault of their own, the dental chairs were extremely damaged when shipped over by the freight carrier. I can not begin to say enough about Michelle over there at Sunrise Dental. She has bent over backwords to make sure the chairs were shipped back, repaired, and sent back over to me in time for the opening of my office. I couldn’t be happier I found Sunrise Dental. I was so well taken care of. They found and built exactly what I requested for a satellite location. Everything came in on time, well packaged and I was able to install it in minutes, without a service tech..
