She had such great communication, was extremely knowledgeable, and just extremely nice to speak too. I received the chair and it was in perfect condition and it looked like new with wonderful craftsmanship in the reupholstery. I  had a technical question after I received the chair and a technician, Tim, who’s been in the industry for over 35 years, immediately called me and answered my question better than Belmont, the company did.  I was recommended to Sunrise Dental Equipment from a colleague who purchased many refurbished chairs from the company and has been very happy. As the price of dental equipment has skyrocketed, I felt that a refurbished chair from a reputable company was worth a try.  5-Stars for me!  Thanks Michelle and Sunrise Dental Equipment.

I was hesitant at first to purchase refurbished equipment, so I contacted other doctors who had purchased through them before. The other doctors had nothing but great things to say. I went ahead and purchased 3 dental chairs. The process was seamless and very easy. Due to no fault of their own, the dental chairs were extremely damaged when shipped over by the freight carrier. I can not begin to say enough about Michelle over there at Sunrise Dental. She has bent over backwords to make sure the chairs were shipped back, repaired, and sent back over to me in time for the opening of my office. The chairs they provided work beautifully and was of amazing quality. I would buy from them in an instant. Thank you guys!

Michelle was fantastic to deal with from start to finish. My equipment arrived earlier than expected and was in perfect condition. They found and built exactly what I requested for a satellite location.  Everything came in on time, well packaged and I was able to install it in minutes, without a service tech.. They even advised against the loud color but I knew what I wanted and it turned out perfect. They were great to work with and have helps with a couple issues since then. They are easy to communicate with, give you a fair deal and work with you on shipping and delivery. Once again, we turn to Sunrise when we are ready to upgrade our equipment. When we opened our scratch practice in 2007, you outfitted our three operatories, sterilization, “scary room” and much of our laboratory. It was affordable since we were doing this without taking out a loan. Over the years, your service has kept everything in great working order. This year, we decided to get an A-Dec 511 chair for the surgical suite and you had just the model we wanted. One week later, it was in and functioning. I purchased a dental examination chair. We received accurate, clear photos before purchase. We chose to have the chair reupholstered which was resulted in a piece of equipment which appeared brand new. My staff member was given a tour of the facility and she was highly impressed by the quality of the inventory. We will use Sunrise again for future equipment needs.
