Note: While this light works on both Adec 1021 & 1040 chairs, the swing pole length is shorter by a few inches, so if you are needing to add a radius light to the chair that already has the delivery unit, this pole will not clear the delivery unit. We have the longer length pole if needed. This light setup is design mainly to add a light to patient chair only. The pictured example Adec 1021 chair adapter is available for $595.00. We do not have the chair adapter available for the Adec 1040 chair model.
